TORONTO

>>

Toronto is a Canadian city that has one leg in the United States. It has the look and feel of an American city with some of Canada’s charm thrown in to give it a unique vibe. Toronto feels like a big city, much more so then Montreal. When I visit a city I will always look at it from an artists view and that’s the reason I really like Toronto. The mix between modern and classic architecture make it a very interesting subject for a painting.

This is a mixed media piece on stretched canvas, a combination of collage and acrylics, all the photo's have been transferred to the canvas with a acrylic gel. The piece comes with a wire on the back for hanging. The piece is signed at the front and has title, date and artist name on the back and includes a signed certificate of authenticity from the artist. Be advised that colors and brightness depend on your monitor and the digital picture may be slightly different from the original work of art.

The artist retains all reproduction and copyrights.

In December 2011 ‘Toronto’ has been juried into the Salon de la SNBA at the Carrousel du Louvre in Paris by the jury of the Société Nationale des Beaux Arts. The piece is stamped by the SNBA on the back of the canvas, in the lower right corner. The same stamp can also be found on the certificate of authenticity.
